Refund Policy

Clametra is a product of Clametra Technologies Limited ("Clametra," "we," "us"). Our order process is conducted by our online reseller and merchant of record, Paddle.com. Paddle.com handles all payments, billing, and refunds for Clametra subscriptions.

Because Paddle is the merchant of record, refunds are governed by Paddle's Refund Policy, which forms part of the Paddle Buyer Terms and Conditions. The summary below is provided for convenience. If there is any inconsistency, Paddle's Refund Policy applies.

Refund requests can be submitted within 14 days of your transaction date and are handled by Paddle on a case-by-case basis. Where your local consumer protection laws grant you statutory withdrawal or refund rights, those rights always apply and are honoured in full. Nothing in this policy limits your mandatory consumer rights.

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will not be charged again after that. You can manage or cancel your subscription using the links in your Paddle transaction confirmation email.

If you experience a persistent technical issue or a material defect that prevents you from accessing the features you paid for, please contact us first at [email protected] so we can try to resolve it. If the issue cannot be resolved, you may request a refund through Paddle, and a refund will be issued in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

To request a refund, you can:

• Use the "View receipt" or "Manage subscription" link in your Paddle transaction confirmation email; or
• Submit a request through Paddle's buyer support at paddle.net.

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time as Clametra's plans and pricing evolve. The version in effect at the time of your transaction governs that transaction.
